What kind of games does Thowl make?
Thowl creates physical, screen-free educational games for language, communication, storytelling, logic, creativity and hands-on STEM exploration.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. Prices displayed on thowlgames.com include GST.
Is delivery free?
Standard delivery is free for orders shipped within India. The checkout is currently limited to Indian delivery addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Our normal target is delivery within 0–7 business days after an order is confirmed. Remote locations, holidays, weather or courier disruptions may require additional time.
Can schools place bulk orders?
Yes. Schools can request a quotation based on classes, student strength, intended use and required quantities through the For Schools page.
Can parents buy the same games?
Yes. The Shop is open to families and individual buyers as well as schools.
Which game is best for my child?
Use the age guidance and skills shown on each product page. For language and speaking, consider Language Quest Adventure, Grammar Dice, OTT – Storytelling Dice or Conversation Spark. For logic, building and focus, consider Cube Mines or Balance Stacks.
What if my product arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact orders@thowlgames.com within seven days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs or video of the product, shipping label and outer packaging. We will review the case and advise the next step.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Only payment methods shown during checkout are currently available. Do not send money through an unofficial link or personal account.
