Business Development Executive – School & Institutional Sales
What You Will Do
- Connect with schools, principals, academic heads and school management
- Fix appointments and conduct THOWL Games demonstrations
- Visit schools across Delhi NCR
- Understand school requirements
- Recommend suitable games and solutions
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
- Maintain the sales pipeline and follow-up schedule
- Develop relationships with schools and educational institutions
- Work towards institutional sales targets
Fixed salary + travel reimbursement + performance-based incentives
- Experience in school or institutional sales preferred
- Experience in educational publishing, EdTech, educational toys, school supplies or related sectors is an advantage
- Strong Hindi and English communication
- Confidence in meeting school decision-makers
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR
- Existing school contacts are an advantage
- Two-wheeler preferred
For the full-time Business Development role, compensation will depend on experience and suitability. Travel reimbursement and performance-based incentives may apply as stated above.
Marketing & School Outreach Intern
What You Will Work On
- Research schools and educational institutions
- Build and update school databases
- Identify relevant decision-makers
- Support email, WhatsApp and telephone outreach
- Assist with follow-ups and appointment coordination
- Maintain CRM and lead records
- Support social media and marketing activities
- Assist the sales team with presentations and campaigns

These internships are unpaid and do not carry a stipend. A certificate is provided on successful completion. Strong performers may be considered for suitable freelance or full-time opportunities, but future employment is not guaranteed. Duration, schedule and work requirements will be agreed before joining.
Selection
How We Select
We prefer practical ability over long CVs.
Shortlisted candidates may be given a small role-related assignment.
Sales: Explain how you would approach a school and secure a product demonstration.
Marketing: Research a small set of target schools and identify relevant contacts.
Game Design: Propose a simple educational game or activity.
Media: Share previous work or create a short sample photo/video assignment.
