Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery coverage

We currently accept website orders for delivery within India. International delivery is not available through checkout unless expressly enabled later.

Shipping charges

Standard delivery within India is free. If an exceptional delivery charge applies to a special institutional or bulk requirement, it will be disclosed in the written quotation before payment.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 3–7 days from order confirmation. Courier transit time is additional. Orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel. Delivery after dispatch depends on destination, courier service, public holidays, weather, address issues and other logistics. Any special dispatch arrangement for an institutional or bulk order will be confirmed in writing before payment.

Pre-launch and pre-order items: Where a product or offer is explicitly marked as pre-launch or pre-order, the dispatch or delivery timeline stated on that product or offer page applies instead of the normal target above.

Address and contact details

Please provide a complete address, postcode and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if a correction is required. Once an order has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible.

Tracking and failed delivery

Where tracking is available, details will be sent by email or provided on request. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, delivery was repeatedly refused or the recipient was unavailable, we will contact you before arranging another dispatch. Additional actual shipping costs may apply in such cases.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the communicated period, email orders@thowlgames.com with your order number. We will check the shipment with the delivery partner and respond with the available information.
